The Center for Technical and Higher Education University (CETYS) is a US- accredited university located in Baja, Mexico. They have three campuses in Tijuana, Mexicali, and Ensenada. CETYS offers an  In addition to physically attending CETYS as an exchange student, NJCU can take CETYS classes online.

Although CETYS does not have student housing, there are plenty of opportunities for safe and reasonably priced rentals.
